In late 2019 we began talking with the Thousand Islands Watershed Land Trust (TIWLT) about how we might help support their mission and work.
It’s likely the most important land trust in North America because of its position covering the natural land bridge between the Canadian Shield and the Appalachian Mountains in the USA. Why it’s so important is explained in the video below, in just 90 seconds!
Strategically, we knew that just the name “land trust” didn’t convey much, nor did it generate much interest or desire to engage. We have now completely re-packaged TIWLT and launched their amazing story. They support Land, Life, Learning and Legacies and they do it 4ever!
